Additional Copyright Charges are based on actual costs. Customer will be informed of additional copyright charges, if any, prior to initiation of order. (Items in the public domain, such as government documents, do not incur a copyright fee.)

Rush Delivery ... $20.00 per item in addition to normal charges.

Electronic Delivery ... No charge.

Priority USPS ... $5.00 per item minimum. Additional charges based on weight.

Courier Service ... $15.00 per item minimum. Dependent on weight and location.

FAX ... $5.00 per item.

Resources Fee -- Fees incurred in obtaining materials beyond normal costs... Variable. Customer will be informed of costs prior to initiation.
